After 26 years of operating at Doyle Avenue, Komatsu’s Wollongong depot has relocated to a new 600sqm facility that is “far beyond the ‘old depot’ in many ways”, says Wollongong Branch Manager, Eric De Gois.
The new facility, located at 32 Lady Penrhyn Drive, Unanderra, will now accommodate ongoing business growth and allow us to enhance our customer support capability in the region.
The depot stocks a range of parts, components and consumables tailored to the profile of machines operating in the region, as well as additional tooling for specialist service jobs.
The depot will support Komatsu’s small to mid-size civil and earthmoving customers, owner-operators and tradies, local government and quarries in the region, and will continue to support all sizes of equipment across the Komatsu range.
