The Komatsu Training Academy (KTA) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specifically developed to assist our construction, quarry and mining customers by delivering nationally recognised and customised training where you need it – online, on-site, at customers’ premises or at our own dedicated training facilities.

 

We have 2 locations we are based out of:

• KTEC (Sherwood)
• Welshpool
   

RTO Trainer & Assessor

The purpose of this role is to design, develop and deliver technical training materials to industry standards to enhance the skills of our future capability, with a genuine desire to pass on their knowledge to the next generation of apprentices. We aim to provide all our trainees with a quality and inspiring educational experience where they have the best opportunity to fulfil their learning goals and achieve their career ambitions. Ideally you will be qualified in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent trade e.g. Certificate III in AUR31216 and have experience working in the mining or construction industry.

 

Technical Trainer & Assessor

The purpose of this role is to design, develop and deliver technical training programs for Komatsu technicians which enhance the skills of our people and improve support to our customers. We aim to provide all our technicians with a quality and inspiring educational experience where they have the best opportunity to fulfil their learning goals and achieve their career ambitions. Ideally you will be qualified in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent trade e.g. Certificate III in AUR31216 and have experience working in the mining or construction industry.
